Vegan’s morning Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls!! They are literally blended cold fruit soups. I know, I’ll give you a while to think about that.
Breakfast smoothie bowls are all the rage now and I had to make my own version of it!

Vegan’s morning Smoothie Bowl
I wanted my smoothie bowl to be quick to make, fun and colourful and of course nutrient packed for a wholesome breakfast.
So I created this recipe based on a balance between something light but creamy, fruity and fresh without overdoing the amount of carbohydrates (bananas in particular)
In this recipe, I had added a splash of lime and grated the zest over the fruits! The lime took the smoothie bowl to a while new level of freshness and gave it a real punch of citrus notes! Lime is definitely a love!
Ingredients for Vegan’s morning Smoothie Bowl:
1 cup blueberries/ strawberries/ raspberries (or a bend of all 3)
1/2 cup sweet cherry tomatoes
2 tbs chia seeds Certified Organic Chia Seeds 2 Pounds
1 cup almond/soy/nut milk, unsweetened Blue Diamond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 32 Ounce (Pack of 6)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana (optional)
1 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice
maple syrup or raw honey, to taste
Toppings of your choice: zest of lime cherry tomatoes, sliced bananas, blueberries, goji berries, flaked almonds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, toasted coconut, etc.
Instructions for Vegan’s morning Smoothie Bowl:
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend, pour, sprinkle, and enjoy.
