HOW TO MAKE A ♥ BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR DOGS♥

Dog Birthday Cake

This highly nutritious birthday cake for dogs recipe can be made for all dogs and puppies with teeth and have stated a solid diet. It also caters for dogs that are vegans, on a gluten free diet, allergic to dairy, allergic to eggs and more.

I wonder if it would be odd if I put this post in the cake category. Hmm.. haha

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY LILO! ♥

Just kidding, It’s not her birthday yet. But I wanted to give Lilo the bull terrier AKA- The Little Shoe Thief, a little treat. So I had created a healthy birthday cake for dogs.

HOW TO MAKE A ♥ BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR DOGS♥

Yayyyyyyyyy! Yessss that means, Lilo’s getting her two favorite flavours in her birthday cake ⇒ Peanut butter & Bananas! ♥  I You would love this birthday cake for dogs recipe because it’s a pretty quick and simple to make with minimal ingredients in them! So go ahead and make this special treat for your pup this weekend!

I also always make it a priority to get as much nutritional value into this healthy birthday cake for dogs. Plus I always avoid adding any of the unnecessary sugars in. That means, all natural unsweetened peanut butter and sweet ripe bananas instead of other sweeteners. We also found out that Lilo is allergic to chicken, and we have been avoiding eggs so this birthday cake for dogs recipe is 100% vegan too!

Dog Birthday Cake 2

You could also customise this birthday cake for dogs recipe by adding all your pup’s favorites like peanuts or dried unsweetened apple slices or even a teaspoon of all natural yoghurt! Anything really!

It’s also important to know what kind of ingredients you are feeding your cute little pup ♥ so I’ve listed all the nutritional benefits your pup will get from the ingredients we are using in this birthday cake for dogs recipe below:

Organic brown rice flour: Gluten free- Great for dogs with allergies ( Lilo has sensitive skin and we are avoiding gluten in her diet).
Mashed bananas: High in fiber, vitamin K & potassium.
Coconut oil: Helps with skin, contains MCTs. Lauric acid in coconut oil has antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties.
Carob powder: Rich in vitamins A, B, B1, B2, B3, B6 and D, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, manganese and protein.
Cinnamon: Anti-fungal, great for dogs with allergies and dogs prone to yeast infections.
Organic, raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar: Alleviates itching, prevents arthritis, improves digestion, acts as a urinary system tonic, prevents formulating kidney and bladder stones.
