Hello there! Today we are talking brownies! YES! The ultimate chocolaty & fudgy goodness! This recipe loaded with raw plant based protein, fiber, omega-3 essential fatty acids, antioxidants, magnesium zinc, iron, and calcium.
All you would need is three ingredients + a food processor/blender (it really does not need to be high powered one) + 5 minutes and that’s it! You’ll get a delicious tray full of raw vegan chocolate fudge brownies ready to eat!
It’s an “all one blender” recipe, so you can add in all your ingredients at once and blend till a dough is formed. The dough should stick together when you press it between your fingers. If it’s too dry, add a few more dates and blend again.

I’ve added optional chia seeds, raw cocoa nibs and flax seeds to the basic brownie recipe but you can add or switch out anything from the type of nuts I used here, to an extra sprinkle of sweetness like currents or a little bit of vanilla to make it your own special brownie recipe. More to be explain in the recipe below.

1 cup raw almond (you could use cashew, macadamia, walnuts or a blend of them)
1.5 cups pitted Mazafati or Medjool dates* (approx. 275g)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder Healthworks Raw Certified Organic Cacao Powder, 1 lb
1/2 cup chia seeds/flax seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoons raw cacao nibs Viva Labs – The BEST Tasting Organic Raw Cacao Nibs, 1 lb Bag
1/4 teaspoon flake sea salt
Instructions for the Best Raw Vegan Brownies Ever Recipe:
Blend the almonds, dates, cocoa (and any other optional ingredients) together till dough forms.
The dough should stick together when you squeeze a bit between your fingers. If it’s too dry, add a few more dates and blend again.
Once you’ve got your dough ready, spoon it into a lined mound.
With the back of a spoon, press the brownie dough down and even the top out till smooth (I’m using a 8X4 inch loaf pan)
Slice brownies into squares and crumbled some flaked salt over
